Our product range includes parts made out of Casting, Presses, CNC machines, Fabrication from sheet metal, round rods, square rods, RHS, SHS and iron casting etc. Some of the products we manufacture are Axles, Hubs, Discs, Drums, Fish plate, Coupling plate, Fabrication items, Calliper, Jockey wheel, Couplings and many more. We have Casting to Final Product all under 1 roof. Raw Material is procured, tested and converted to its finest finished form and supplied to our customers worldwide. Our team of engineer’s liaison with the manufacturing and technical team with all the necessary inputs and keep them informed with the technological advances.
We stay updated with the latest 3D modelling (using Solid works) and testing software’s (like: Ansys). All products are tested for strength on computer software through FEA testings so that we can maintain the required strength and quality of our products. Moreover, before launching the products we get them tested through various approved laboratories to make sure they are compliant to industrial standards (like ADR) and deliver excellent performance on roads.
Lastly, we excel in developing custom made products as per customer requirements to suit their specific needs. We have our inhouse Design and R&D Team that can deliver a product from prototype to final in better-than-expected timelines.
